WHY THIS NOTICE

This page describes how to manage the website in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.

It is an information notice provided under article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code – to those who interact with the web services of the Data Controller, accessible online from the address:

PLACE OF PROCESSING OF DATA

The processing associated with the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of the Data Controller and is handled exclusively by the staff at the Office in charge of the processing, or by any appointees entrusted with occasional maintenance operations.

No data arising from the web service is communicated or disclosed.

The personal data provided by users who forward requests (for information, subscriptions to newsletters, being contacted back, etc.) is used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or the performance requested, unless otherwise laid down in any further specific notices on the processing of data present in the event of data entry and collection.

Browsing data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which, due to its very nature, might enable the identification of users through processing and association with data held by third parties.
