Beyond the apartments, here at Ski Residence, you’ll find common areas to relax, meet other guests or simply enjoy the view of the Pale di San Martino. We offer a family-run atmosphere, daily acts of kindness and special attention for those travelling with kids and for active travelers seeking mountain adventure.
Breakfast on request
Every morning you can choose to enjoy a carefully prepared breakfast for €10 per adult per day. It's free for children up to 8 years old. Gluten-free and vegan options are available (advance booking is requested).
Wellness area
After a full day on the slopes or on the trails, treat yourself in our small wellness area:
- Finnish sauna
- Aromatic Turkish bath
- Heated outdoor Jacuzzi with a view of Pale di San Martino
Access is included in your stay and is free (times and turns regulated on-site).
Activities for children
Games room with baby area, books, games, table tennis and table football.
Every day from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. we engage our little guests in games, workshops and activities carefully designed for them. On Saturday evenings we organize our #BabyDinner: a special dinner for the kids, followed by games and fun activities to do all together. A fun time for them…and a little free time for mum and dad!
Snacks & Social Moments
Two afternoons a week, a complimentary afternoon tea made with local products awaits you: an opportunity to taste our delicious and homemade sweets together with other guests.
You can enjoy your snack in the Après Ski room where you will also find a reading corner and tables.
